These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the THE LEAD mobile app and related services (the "Service"), provided by Leadly Company ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. What THE LEAD is (and isn't)
THE LEAD is an AI service that analyzes dating and relationship situations you describe and suggests ways to respond.
- AI-generated content. Answers are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not right for your situation. You decide what to do with them, and you are responsible for your own choices and actions.
- Not professional advice. The Service does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for a licensed professional.
- Not for emergencies. If you or someone else is in danger, or you are thinking about harming yourself, contact local emergency services right away (in the U.S., call 911, or call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
3. Your account
You can sign in with Apple, Google, or Kakao. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything illegal, or to harass, stalk, threaten, manipulate, or harm anyone;
- upload content that you don't have the right to share, or that exploits or endangers minors;
- try to get around usage limits, misuse or overload the AI, or scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Service;
- impersonate anyone or use someone else's account.
When you share messages or screenshots that include other people, share only what you are allowed to share, and leave out details you don't need, such as full names and contact information.
We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.
